These strings are Pyramid's premium quality professional acoustic sets.
They use a round core wire instead of the commonly used hexagonal core wire used in today's strings. Round core strings must be wound with special care, with selected materials and certain techniques to get the desired sound results.
This results in strings which offer unbelievable tone and sustain. There are two types, in addition to the normal sets they are also available with the wound strings hand polished, this minimise the finger noise, perfect for recording.
